FitXFaith was created initially as motto to keep me going mentally in my fitness journey. My name is Patrice Smith and I am a mother of not one, not two but three boys! I had them back to back and while a blessing they took me from a size 3 to a size 12. That being said I never thought I could love my body again or ever feel comfortable in the new body my babies gave me. I asked God to guide me in my path to self love and here I am. No fad diets, Killer workouts, or teas. Just faith and consistency. So I want to inspire women all over the world to love their bodies and wear whats fits you and what makes you feel sexy. FitXFaith fits no matter who you are or where you are in your fitness journey!
